Requirements
- Hardware development working closely with system/mechanical/software/FPGA engineers and NPI to ensure robust designs and appropriate testability.
- Experience with development of multilayer circuit boards with Mix digital and analog circuits from concept phase to mass production, including supporting product releases to manufacturing.
- Searches for new technologies which would improve product performances or reduce cost
- Experience with Altium / OrCAD PCB design software and working closely with the layout designer
- Experience with full HW tests including writing design verification plans and test procedures
- Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for testing (DFT) and implementation of testing procedures for mass production and support to assembly line in coordination with Production Department
Education
- Bsc and Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in board and PCBA design – a must.

Responsibilities:
- Manage R&D process of communication systems from definition level up to Costumer delivery
- Definition of system requirements, characterization and guidance of R&D teams

Responsibilities:
- Extensive knowledge in automation tools , using language as Python or similar
- Design, develop, and execute verification and validation tests of a complex multidisciplinary system
- Establish traceability between requirements and test procedures
- Document verification and validation test results in test reports
- Defect reporting, tracking, verification and analysis
- Maintaining system verification activities

Requirements:
- Relevant degree in telecoms/electronics/computer science
- Proven experience (3-5 years) of a scripting language, Python preferred
- Strong knowledge of software and hardware test methodologies
- Good understanding of network fundamentals: TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, VLAN
- Knowledge of traffic generator’s XENA, IXIA, IPERF etc.
- 3-5 years of experience in developing and executing verification plans (STP/STD/STR), testcases, and test runs multi-disciplinary system.
- Experience in product development (preferably in military application environment)
- Hardware and/or Software Development program and/or lab integrations experience
- Leadership skills, with the ability to guide the technical direction/vision for a given project. Must also be a strong contributor to integrated product teams internal and external to the company
- An understanding of communication theory, with a working knowledge of digital design, RF design, mechanical design, network design, or software design of digital line-of-sight and satellite communication systems
- Experience in requirements management and documentation is a must. Other key skills are risk management, project planning, and technical project management
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral) and formal presentation skills are required
- Experience managing technical projects that include system integration, system verification, and formal qualification, including supporting integration and qualification events at customer locations

What you’ll do:
- Running material requirements (MRP)
- Open purchase requisitions and recommendation for actions.
- Ensuring timely placement of POs and delivery of components in line with production planning requirements.
- Tracking open purchase orders
- Monitor raw materials availability to support projects and orders fulfillment
- Tracking shortages, order status, expedite and reschedule POs to meet production-planning requirements
- Responsibility for RMA inventory
- Responsibility for inventory of electronic cards.
- Tracking work orders
- Tracking inventory flow for assemblies.
- Issuing components for work orders for electronic cards.
- Data analysis and report generation.
- Assisting the senior planner in various aspects as required.
- Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with multiple interfaces, including the assembly department, integration, procurement, and logistics.
Requirements:
- Studying Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar relevant field
- 2-3 years of remaining studies
- Availability for 3-4 days per week
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
- Have a Knowledge of Engineering BOM structures
- Proactive approach, multitasking and ability to work under pressure
