Mandatory Requirements:

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a maternity leave replacement role.
This is a key position, responsible for all financial aspects of the company, including payroll accounting, close collaboration with the CEO, and ongoing interaction with the board of directors, banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the company’s financial strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee payroll accounting, financial reporting, taxation, treasury, and procurement.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to the CEO and the board.
  • Manage cash flow, financing, and relationships with banks, auditors and major customers.
  • Preparation of quarterly, annual reports and tax reports.
  • Prepare and submit annual reports to the Israel Innovation Authority, the Central Bureau of Statistics, and the Ministry of Economy.
  • Implement and maintain financial policies, internal controls, and compliance procedures.
  • Support strategic transactions and complex financial agreements.
  • Supporting new proposals financial structuring.
  • Financial control of existing projects.

Requirements:

  • Academic background in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (CPA or MBA) – Mandatory
  • Proven experience (5-7 years) in senior financial management roles, preferably in technology, industrial, or global companies.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, taxation, and regulation.
  • Demonstrated experience in capital raising and negotiations with financial institutions.
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with strategic business vision.
  • Full proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage complex, multidisciplinary communication systems development and delivery programs in a security and defense environment, from initiation through full execution
  • Drive end-to-end project planning, including scope definition, milestones, schedules, deliverables, and success criteria
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, performance, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage project budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation across internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Serve as the primary interface with customers, partners, and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and reporting
  • Oversee operational execution across all project interfaces, including subcontractors and external vendors
  • Identify risks and dependencies, implement mitigation plans, and drive issue resolution
  • Execute governance processes, follow up on management decisions, and ensure accountability and closure
  • Promote operational excellence and continuous improvement across project execution

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Engineering or a relevant technical field – mandatory
  • MBA – advantage
  • 3+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs in technology, defense, or security environments
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Experience managing communication, networking, telecommunications, or RF-related projects in defense, or mission-critical environments – advantage
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management, cost control, and schedule accountability
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced, and regulated environments
