- Communication system characterization

Requirements:
- MSc/PhD in electronic engineering/signal processing
- At least five years of experience in algorithms development with strong background in signal processing and wireless communication
- Experience in single carrier and multicarrier modems including error correcting codes, channel equalization, AGC, clock recovery, phase recovery and tracking
- Experience in designing with MATLAB/Python
- Understanding of MATLAB/Python to Verilog implementation with experience in fixed-point specification and bit-accurate modelling
- Laboratory work experience in algorithms debug and tuning
- RTL design for FPGA, MPSoC.
- Team Player, creative and independent, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work and time including context switching

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Order Management:
- Receive and process customer orders in the company’s ERP system (Priority).
- Manage customer orders from receipt to fulfillment, monitor progress, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery, and provide regular updates to customers.
- Coordinate between sales, service, and supply-chain teams to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager and Integration Team Leader to verify delivery timelines, resolve company and customer constraints and follow-up on delivery progress.
- Monitor customer contracts and service agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and renewal timelines.
- RMA (Returns and Repairs) Process Management:
- Oversee the RMA process, ensuring efficient handling from initial request, through opening service call, to resolution.
- Prepare and issue quotes for repairs and ensure profitability.
- Prioritize tasks and monitor delivery timelines to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and provide excellent service to build long-term relationships.
- Collections, Payment Tracking, and Financial Oversight:
- Oversee all aspects of collections, including ensuring timely payments from customers.
- Track and monitor incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreements.
- Perform follow-ups on outstanding balances and coordinate with customers to resolve payment issues.
- Maintain detailed records of payments, collections status, and outstanding invoices.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the status of collections and payment compliance
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and/or service administration, preferably a technical or manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to build and justify pricing models.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to be both service-oriented and assertive.
- Proficiency in Priority ERP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple interfaces in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in logistics and import export is an advantage.
Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive global sales efforts, expand market presence, and develop key customer relationships.
This role involves working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 manufacturers, system integrators, and end users across defense and commercial sectors.
The position is based in Israel and reports to the VP of Global Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all sales activities within assigned market areas.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business partners and customers.
- Identify and develop new market segments and opportunities based on Commtact’s core solutions.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through contract closure and post-sales support.
- Demonstrated success in selling wireless or radio communication solutions.
- Coordinate with R&D, Product, and Engineering teams to align customer needs with technological advancements
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of tactical communications challenges and solutions.
- Represent Commtact at global conferences and industry events.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of direct sales experience, with a proven track record of closing high-growth B2B contracts.
- Experience working with defense and UAV companies worldwide, particularly in Europe, APAC, etc.
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience managing international sales and distribution channels.
- Ability to drive technical and commercial discussions and proposal, clearly demonstrating Commtact’s unique value proposition.
- Proven track record in Military and/or Public Safety sales.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally frequently.
- BSc in Engineering or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
